GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR...
Of The Business That Will Go Throught The Roof!
Because of the popularity of Delbe Home Services and our need to service an ever growing client base and geographical area, we have turned to franchising the DHS concept to better serve our customers. This will enable DHS to provide a more personalized service by reducing the geographical area covered by any one individual. Delbe Home Service franchises will be awarded by Delbe Home Systems, LLC
Currently Delbe Home Systems, LLC is offering franchise opportunities in the states of Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and projects to award up to 13 franchises this year.
If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about the Delbe Home Service Franchise concept and systems we ask you to visit our web site at www.delbefranchise.com or contact us at (800) 75-DELBE to request a free Franchise Kit.
Electricity Costs
Go Up In The Summer
Pepco's summer rates are in effect during the months of June through October. What can you do to reduce your summer electric bill?
- Clean or replace your air conditioner filters every month.
- Set your thermostat at 78°F to minimize energy consumption when at home.
- Use ceiling fans for air movement to increase your comfort level and reduce the need for air conditioning.
- Turn off your central air conditioner if you'll be away from home for more than two days, or set the thermostat at 85°F with the fan set to "auto".
- If you loose your power, the Pepco number to call is 1-877-PEPCO62
- Join the Kilowatchers Club at Pepco. You get a monthly credit of $7.00 during the summer billing rate period.

SUMMER TIME IS BARBECUE TIME
Lightly smoked chicken. Succulently seared beef. Tangy, marinated vegetables. Ah, the aroma of summer. Did you know the three out of four US households regularly use their outside grills. That adds up to more than 2.9 billion times a year! BUT use your grill safely.
Try to keep the grill at least 15 feet away from any building or structure.
Don't try to reapply the lighter fluid once the grill has started. The flame can follow the fluid up into the container.
Never use gasoline on a fire or to start a grill.
Make sure the fittings are tight and well seated on the propane gas tank. A fitting that is leaking on a tank under pressure can be like a flame-thrower.
Don't use your grill inside.....for any reason. This includes the garage.
