Among the properties we have been involved with are: The development and construction of a 250,000 square foot office building including all phases of the project. The complete oversight of the construction of a 230,000 square foot office building including design oversight, development rights competition, financing and construction. The development and construction of a 34,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center. The redevelopment of a 55,000 square foot shopping center. The renovation of a 30,000 square foot shopping center. The oversight, monitoring and management of construction of a 120 unit planned unit development (homeowners association). In addition to these projects, Delbe has worked with numerous contractors as project manager for the build out of tenant spaces both for private and public sector tenants, including extensive experience with GSA.
